Coach Tickets

Booking’s Confirmation

Passengers are responsible to ensure their traveling date, time and destination are in order before confirming the booking. Upon confirmation, an invoice with our Reference Number, number of seats and itinerary will be issued.
Please print the invoice and present the invoice to our staff for check in. Passengers must check in 30 minutes before departure time with ticket.

Amendment & Cancellation Charge

Booking confirmed is non-refundable and is 100% chargeable.

Refund Policy or Unused Portion

No refund or exchange can be made for any unused portion.

No Show

No refund will be done if passengers did not check in or fail to check in before coach departs.

Validity

Ticket(s) is/are valid for the departure date and time stated in the invoice.

Loss of Ticket

WTS Travel & Tours will allow passengers to board the coach using their Passport if they have lost or forgotten to bring along their tickets.

Changes

WTS Travel & Tours reserves the rights to make any changes such as in the event of coach breakdown or technical difficulty. In such event(s), WTS Travel & Tours reserves the right to substitute with another coach.

Baggage Allowances

Maximum 2 pieces of baggage is allowed. Total weight must not exceed 15kg.
Each of luggage should not exceed 60cm x 20cm x 55cm.
1 piece of hand luggage is allowed on board the coach (Cannot Exceed 30cm x 15cm x 10cm).

Rights and Disclaimers

The Company acts only as agent for the transportation companies. As such, the company and its associates accept no responsibilities for injuries, damage, accident, loss, delay, quarantine, customer’s regulations, strike, changes in itinerary, deportation, or refusal of entry by immigration Authorities resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful item or irregularities that may be caused to person or property. Any losses and/or expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

VISA & TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Passengers must ensure that his passport is valid for entry at the country of destination and that it is valid for at least six months prior to departure;
Passengers shall comply with all travel and immigration requirements necessary in the country of destination and shall, if necessary, obtain all necessary visas, licences, permits, passes certificates or documents whether for health, immigration, customs or other purposes at his own cost and responsibility;
No passage fares will be refunded in the event a passengers is refused embarkation or entry into a country of destination by reason of his failure to obtain and/or possess a valid passport or other necessary documents or approvals;
VISA ON ARRIVAL are NOT allow when traveling via our coach;

VACCINATED TRAVELERS

Fully vaccinated travelers will no longer have to undergo quarantine or testing, including pre-departure and on-arrival tests.
