Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • • Handle partial Accounts Payable
  • • Input Account Transactions into system
  • • Ensure strict adherence to purchasing guidelines and procedures before making payments
  • • Ensure entries to AP sub ledger are complete and accurate for month/year end closing
  • • Involve in adhoc projects as and when necessary

Job Requirements:

• LCCI/ CAT/ GCE 'A'/ 'O' Level or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong in MS Office
• Experience in ERP is preferred

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
• Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with all levels



 

Operations Assistant / Executive

Responsibilities

  • • To schedule, book and handle reservations for coach & tours including online bookings
  •  To handle coach allocation for daily run
  • • To prepare invoices and billings
  • • To perform standby duties when needed

Requirements

  • • Minimum 2 years of related working experience in the travel industry
  • • Proficiency in office software applications including MS Office
  • • Team player with pleasant deposition
  • • Good planning and organizational skills



 

Tour Consultants / Executives

Responsibilities

  • • To handle customers’ queries and feedback professionally
  • • To promote travel destination, tour packages by flight, cruise and coach and provide travel tips on currency, language, safety and health etc.
  • • Execute travel policies and procedures
  •  May also recommend and sell other relevant travel products and services to customers
  • • Process payment and keep account
  • • Perform Tour Leading duty and other ad-hoc duties assigned by Company

Requirements

  • • Candidate must possess at least “O” levels and above
  • • Service-orientated with proficiency in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking associates
  • • Retail and Sales experience will be an advantage
  • • Able to work retail hours, Weekend and Public Holidays
    • Basic computer skills
 
 

Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

  • • Handle company’s social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, etc
  • • Innovate and implement new marketing initiatives and opportunities
  •  Responsible for tradeshows, various events and media planning
  • • Tie-ups with various marketing network
  • • Establish close and good working relationship with principals, media trade partners and suppliers
  • • Review each marketing initiative to improve on future plans
  • • Work closely with retail stores to support marketing initiatives and ensure effective operational responsibilities are executed
  • • Liaise with malls’ A&P team for any promotional efforts
  • • Create eDMS
  • • Liaise with Agency on print advertisements
  • • Handle customer enquiries in a professional and prompt manner
  • • Any other marketing operational duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Business
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills in English & Chinese
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical, with good sense of numbers
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of Photoshop / Adobe / Illustrator suite will be highly regarded

Responsibilities

  • • To maintain good relationship among existing corporate clients
  • • To liaise with overseas operators, airlines and hotels in ensuring specific projects are delivered efficiently
  • • To identify and develop innovative sales strategies to acquire new leads/sales opportunities to build sales pipeline
  • • To achieve quarterly sales target and exceed KPIs

Requirements

  • • Minimum primary/secondary school education
    • Possess Class 4/5 driving license with bus vocational license
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in operating a 40/45 seater bus
    • Experience in the tourism industry preferred
    • Familiar with Singapore roads
    • Service-oriented with pleasant personality
    • Polite, patience, responsible and punctual
